1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Enviroplast Cluster Foundation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

We provide EPR compliance support, plastic waste testing, training, and consulting services. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials produced by Enviroplast Cluster Foundation remain the property of the Foundation unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Enviroplast Cluster Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
